Break the Shell
It’s safe to reveal your true self. Step out of hiding and allow your authenticity to blossom.
What the Break the Shell card means
A shell protects something soft. If you built one, there was probably a reason. Break the Shell is not asking you to become exposed everywhere; it asks whether an old protection has outlived the danger it was designed for.
Authenticity can happen gradually. You can let one trustworthy person see one more honest piece of you.
When it tends to appear
This card appears when you are hiding an opinion, need, talent, identity or feeling because an old experience taught you visibility was risky.
Something to sit with
Shell ritual: finish the sentence, 'If I knew I would not be judged, I would admit…' You do not have to share the answer. First, practise being honest with yourself.
