Meditate
In stillness, you return to your roots. What seems quiet on the outside is a powerful inner world; rich, vibrant, and deeply alive.
What the Meditate card means
Meditation is not succeeding at having no thoughts. Minds think. The practice is noticing where your attention went and gently bringing it back. That return is the exercise.
Stillness can reveal what constant input has been covering: tiredness, an idea, an emotion, or simply the fact that you need less noise.
When it tends to appear
Meditate tends to appear when you have consumed more information than you can process, when you are jumping between tabs mentally or literally, or when you keep asking for guidance without leaving silence to hear your own response.
Something to sit with
Two-minute ritual: set a timer. Feel one breath enter and leave. Each time your mind wanders, silently say 'thinking' and return. Afterwards ask: what became noticeable when nothing was demanding my attention?
